I would rather call her behaviour as noble girl behavior, I really doubt that she would act like that if Asta was noble. So this is somewhat tsundere thing, but it's not case she is stupid character, rather that comes from rules of life that she still respects, and noble tradition that she actually like. I mean, she is proud that she is noble...and she didn't call her family as trash, like Sanji in OP), case they laughed on her. She respect arystocratic tradions and style of life. She didn't give up on them, like other did(remember Lucy from FT?). Which is really surprising for character from mc cast. So yes, I absolutely agree that Noelle is for real well written character.
