Now after doing a but research , I went deep and deep to get wider range of Element from the Combination of 5 main elements. And I found this. I doubt the relevency of this image , but dude who uploaded this , said so , So I'm trusting it for now because it gives me a better view into my own theory.
Now Counter to these You need to use polar opposite elements.
I got this idea from the Movie I was watching , Exhuma ,
Where an Anima (Things created out of Inanimate object and living object) With base element property of Fire and Metal , Got hurt only by Wood and Water. Water Destroys Fire and Wet Wood is Stronger than Metal.
Making counters like that.
We will take example of Warcury , Whose Main element is Water and Other element is Fire , which makes it Boil , Emeth was thrown into water and due to which he was wet (LOL) , which countered the Fire element of Emeth. Emeth is Metal , and Metal Collects Water (Water condenses on metal for example) That's why he was effective whereas Luffy used elements like , Rubber + fire because Red Roc has fire in it and Rubber comes from tree which is wood.
So Warcury , Water + Fire was Countered Metal + Water ,
Now let's give other gorosei a guess on what would hurt them.
I know majority is my headcanon but I'm just pushing forward an idea how they can be countered.

- Lava can be attributed to Akainu
- Magnetism can be attributed to Fujitora as well , as he attracts and repel
- Sound is viberation and Gura gura no mi is what comes to mind. so Blackbeard.
- Poison can be from Aramaki , as he uses wood , and can produce any type of poison.
- Diamond , I legit have no idea. Maybe someone with Absolute defense , No fuckin way it's gonna be Jozu but maybe someone ate Jozu fruit or some other fruit providing Some defense stats. Idk who though.
Also , I personally wanted to give Diamond to Warcury due to his toughness and Poison to Jaygarcia ,
but sadly , Diamond is Wood + earth and Warcury is Water + fire for boil.
and Poison is Water + Wood , and Jaygarcia is Earth + Water creating Ink.

I was inspired by the Chakra Nature Chart from Naruto. They have 5 primary Chakra natures: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water roughly inspired off of the 5 Chinese elements: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood. When you combine two chakra natures it creates a new chakra nature, so I decided I thought it would be fun to try my hand at doing the same with the Wu Xing elements and see what kinds of combinations I could make.
-Fire is associated with Yang, the Vermillion Bird, the Red Dragon King, the direction South, the season Summer, the planet Mars, and the qualities of Passion, Intensity, Hate, and Resolve.
-Earth is associated with Balance of both Yin and Yang, The Yellow Dragon King, the Center, the season of the Late Summer Harvest, the planet Saturn, and the qualities of Agreeableness, Honesty, Anxiety, and Joy.
-Metal is associated with Yin, the White Tiger, the White Dragon King, the direction West, the season of Autumn, the planet Venus, and the qualities of Intuition, Rationality, Greif, and Bravery.
-Water is associated with Yin, the Black Tortoise and Snake, the Black Dragon King, the direction North, the season Winter, the planet Mercury, and the qualities of Erudition, Resourcefulness, Fear, and Gentleness.
-Wood is associated with Yang, the Azure Dragon King, the direction East, the season Spring, the planet Jupiter, and the qualities of Idealism, Spontaneity, Anger, and Kindness.
