If you're relying on anti feats, at least do it correctly on both sides. You're just exposing yourself to be biased if not.
Goku cannot dodge bullets and got ran over by a train in DBS manga, now does it mean he gets speedblitzed by majority of OP characters because of his anti feats?

Lmao how is it “mental gymnastics” to say that kunai speed depends on the throwing strength of the character? Kid Naruto could throw a kunai just as fast as Baryon Mode Naruto?

There are no special speed feats of kunais. Cope as much as you like.
But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, can you prove Baryon Mode Naruto throwing kunais at LS?
At least we get statements in One Piece that character X throws or shots an attack like a beam/light beam. There are also several feats of characters dodging or intercepting LS as well.
But go ahead and keep relying on stupid anti feats.
There is no way you genuinely believe this 200kmh statement is anywhere legit when we have characters interacting with LS. Like come on, you can't be that lost.

You just have to compare their best feats and you have characters moving tectonic plates which affects several islands.
You have Kuzan freezing the ocean.
You have Mihawk casually cutting an iceberg dwarfing an island.
You have Nasujuro casually cutting an artificial cloud which is as large as an island. And yes, it is dense enough to hold an entire facility inside, including a city above.
You have Law puncturing a +10km wide hole on a country whose depth goes till the lava chambers of the planet. Same with Bajrang Gun which also overpowered an island sized fire dragon which vaporized a mountain sized horn just by merely touching. Said hole was caused by yeeting said dragon - smaller version - to the ground, causing this hole.

If we’re going to disregard lowballs, we should also disregard highballs, like Zoro dodging Kuma’s “light speed” air paws. Especially when Oda is very clearly playing fast and loose with the science of light speed (there’s a lot of plot holes in OP if we assume that characters can actually travel at even just a small fraction of actual light speed)
