Let's take a minute to remember all the East Blue Characters that will not be coming back.
Even in the Cover Pages.
The Krieg Pirates
Krieg

Gin

And Pearl

The Black Cat Brothers.
Sham and B Uchiha.
And
Captain Kuro.
And
Axe Hand Morgan.
Let us remember them even though Oda has forgotten.

Gee, these characters are so forgotten that even their images forgot to load.

Kuro and Gin are the only people worth remembering.

Morgan too. Cool character design and showed us very early that the Marines are not always good and can be quite corrupt, just as pirates are not always bad and can be heroic with Luffy and Zoro defeating Morgan and ending his reign of terror.

There’s no reason for it to happen, but I would really like to see Kuro again...he was a brilliant strategist and a big enough threat to push EB Luffy pretty far/injure him to great effect, and his calm demeanor is a terrific contrast to the typical insane/overly wild villains; he’s cut from a similar cloth as Crocodile and Rob Lucci, who were also extremely good foils for the main character in their time. Would be poetic for Usopp to singlehandedly smack him down just to show how far the long nose has come, but again, I see no other tangible purpose for Kuro going forward

Hatchi even coming to Paradise was a miracle if only because he risked it. Not that he survived from fodder like Charloss and Vander Dekken.

I honestly wondered what it would be like if him or Chu managed to escape like Hatchi did.

Maybe going back to Fishman Island to retain his Fishman Karate after realizing how bad his last fight with Sanji was.
