It's pretty much just a recolor of the final form seen in the namek saga, I think that sucks as freeza's forms before this point always looked so unique compared to one another but now everything is just recolors as nobody can be bothered to design anything new
Also wanted to make this point here, height of these of these forms are barely consistent but that's one of the many issues of dbz, vegeta can go from shorter then kakarot's shoulder blade to being the same size as him
