Luffy and Zoro both have crazy physical strength without their weapons, without legs Sanji's fucked. I'd give the edge to Luffy since his haki's stronger

Still Luffy

• Zoro and Sanji will be going through drastic changes as it relates to fighting styles. Luffy will still be a brawler without his devil fruit
• Better control of his CoC in comparison to Zoro
• Sanji hasn't explored CoA aside from recently.
