People misinterpret CoC clashes , you have some saying "luffy was equal to katakuri all along coz their CoC were equal " this statement ...
Unless you believe old Chinjao = G4 luffy coz luffy was high tier and old Chinjao was Veteran tier yet luffy CoC didnt suppress Chinjao's.
CoC is about willpower! If both dudes collide and their haki blast seems equal, it just means they both have similar willpower!
This is why WB said Oden isnt the one to follow orders! Didnt want Oden!
Roger vs WB : both used high level of CoA mixed with CoC which dispersed the clouds and moves the seas... the blades didnt even touch.
Kaido vs BM : just pure physical clash mixed with CoC, the clouds split, shook the island and seas. None used CoA.
Shanks vs WB : same as Kaido/BM clash,their haki splits the sky...it didnt shake the ship that hard tho (maybe because pre ts Shanks and old sick WB willpower strength are below Kaido/BM)
WB vs Oden : it didnt split the sky because WB (mid top tier at the time) was a level above Oden (High high tier) when it comes to power overall.
At least there was wind and blast to showcase their CoC clash was good.
Even tho their CoC clash seemed equal, Oden wasnt near WB in power !
Katakuri vs Luffy: destroyed/cracked parts of Mirriorworld. They didnt even trade blows nor were they newr each other , both stood apart and their Haki affected the environment.
This is the only tims so far in the manga that two people affect the environment with their CoC by just staring at each other.
Luffy vs Doffy :
It affected the area a little when their feets came into contact.
Chinjao vs Luffy :
Contact again... blasting people away.
You rate someone's Overall Power : based on how ones/two people CoC affects the environment; how many people it can affect.
Shanks and Rayleigh could KO 100000 men, luffy only 500000 in FI, BM could destroy missiles, sharks cracks the ship.
I think right now Luffy CoC will dfeitnley KO 100000+ men.
As you can see Two Inbetweeners affects the area without collusion of fists or attacks!
High tiers affect a little with contact! If one is weaker, their clash just blows people away
And then you have top tiers splitting the skies, shaking the seas, dispersing clouds...
I gotta say, Kata /Luffy clash was more impressive than wb/oden clash!
For me:
Kaido/BM>~Roger/WB~Shanks/WB>Kata/Luffy>rest.
When you think of it, wb and Roger clash isjnt really that impressive, they needed advanced CoA to do that! We already had Yonko splitting the skies, Kata and Luffy affecting the area without touching/colliding wiht each other.
