Why do you think The Heavens destroyed the last two worlds?
Most people don't give a crap about philosophy or lore, so this subject won't interest them.
My thoughts here include the following:
0. The Heavens gift people with "Conqueror's Haki" depending on the Will they carry and by extension the Dream.
1. The Heavens use Universal Law to enforce Natural Order.
2. Natural Order can take the form of characters who rule over Natural Environments.
3. Hairless Mink violated the Natural Order.
4. Extinction events are The Heavens wiping the slate clean.
5. It can be assumed that The Heavens disapproved of the prevailing Dreams or Great Ideals in each world.
6. When The Heavens decided that the prevailing Dream or Great Ideal is not appropriate, they will send an Enforcer of Natural Law to destroy whoever's Will created the prevailing Dream.
7. Imu was the Enforcer of Natural Order from World 2. He stopped Davy Jones' dream and Joyboy's dream.
8. Davy Jones and Joyboy are likely to be people who reincarnated from the 1st World, and their dreams in World 1 were different.
9. In fact, it seems that everybody in the entire story has been passing their Will and their Dream on since World 1.
10. There's a chance that back in the day, a Caveman Garp was punching the original Caveman versions of Luffy, Sabo, and Ace in an entirely different form of "World Order".
11. The things that Imu described recently involving "Domination" interact with the concept of Fate which is guided by The Heavens. In other words, a person cannot Dominate unless The Heavens allow it. This should be obvious because they are the ones who give people Conqueror's Haki to begin with.
12. In World 1, Natural Order was the dominant force through characters who commanded the Natural Environment.
13. Hairless Mink were "slaves" to the God of the Earth. Caveman Garp was trying to tell Caveman Luffy, Sabo, and Ace not to defy the Earth God because it would incur his wrath.
14. Caveman Luffy freed the enslaved by becoming Nika. The fact that humans could have powerful Wills and Dreams disrupted Natural Order.
15. The Earth God may have been the Mechanism of Action for the destruction of World 1. You could, in fact, call these events World Wars. In other words, that event was World War I.
16. The Sea God may have been the Mechanism of Action for the destruction of World 2. In other words, that event was World War II.
