Who's who's vs jimbe was one of the first places to reference to sun god nika, aka joy boy luffy g5.. he mentioned that a guard told him about the story then the guard suddenly vanished a day later.who was that guy ? I'm sure it was someone prominent becusse i don't know how the hell that guy would have infomation on nika when nika was dormant for 800 years he must be a top Tier with connections. What do u guys think.

So that guard is a quick madeup character who just happened to have this information for no reason. He's a nobody.

The title is kinda mislead.

It never said that Who's who was imprisoned in Impel Down. It could be Impel Down, but for now, imho it is better to just use "prison" instead of ID until we got more info.
