[Blackbeard]

So Oda introduced the Iron Giant as a robot that attacked Mary Geoise 200 years ago, and was disabled since it ran out of ancient energy.

Odd thing is, this plot was left untouched ever since, but now that York is revealed to be soon eliminated by the government and that BBP are coming, something interesting could happen. What if York's bargaining chip with Teach was the Iron Giant itself? Normally the robot would be of no use but what if by a twist the BBP figured a way to restore it and that was the sole reason they came to Egghead?

Also interesting but not really sure if this was already discussed and proven to be something else, there's a place on Egghead York told the Seraphim not to destroy and could be related to the robot.

I had similar thoughts after the last Egghead chapter. The cyborg is either going to be activated to attack the Navy or it'll go with Teach.

The part about making a deal with BBP is interesting but even if they can somehow restore it what can a robot do in a place where there is already the M3 + Kiazaru ? At this point such thing shouldnt even be obstacle to them.

I believe or i hope at least that it will just lead to something bigger regardiing the Ancient Kingdom and what was the reason it was programmed to attack Mariejois, who programmed it etc.

BB already has a giant on his team, so he wont really need the Robot and York despite her intelligence doesn't strike me as a inventor, what she has to offer to BB is her knowledge of important stuff, control of the Seraphim and her looks. Because I'm pretty sure Teach is going to simp when he finds out that Vegapunk is tall hot babe instead of the old man he imagines.
The Seraphim alone will help BB boost his army and won't need to hunt down Hancock since he has a chibi version under his command.


I think the Iron Giant is going to be Franky's project when he fights Sanjuan Wolf. lilith will be the only good survivor for "marketing" reasons and want revenge on York. So she could work with Franky for upgrades. Perhaps Cola will act as a substitute energy source for the giant robot.

Not sure either since I barely read those chapters but I guess he already surpassed Ancient Kingdom Science. Makes no sense that science being more advanced.

I definitely misremembered it. All he said was "this city of the 'future' is actually from the past". He probably has surpassed them.

I think the energy to activate the robot is laughter. Laughters that only Joy Boy/Nika (so Luffy in Gear 5) can bring.

200 years ago if i rememeber correctly so it cannot be Joyboy.

Maybe there were something that caused laughters of joy. 200 years ago was the year when Fishman Island was recognized as island of the World Government if i remember well.
