Franky is the son of a Top Yonko Commander. None of them have CoC. With the exception of Roger and Rocks, only SOME right hands have had it. Even Aokiji and Shiriew are not confirmed yet. Yeah but Luffy will surpass Roger, Rocks, and Joyboy so this is tbh a pointless comparison
