Versus Battle The Lizard (marvel) vs Mesagog (power rangers)

I think that too , but its not going to be an easy fight
Lizard
1-can match Spiderman physical strength and even beat him
2-can mental control others reptiles and even humans if he wanted
3-can survive a building explosion and tank hits from Spiderman
4- surpass Spiderman speed, even with his spider-sense Spiderman wasn't able to react in time to Lizard attacks
Mesogog
1-was able to beat the 5 dino rangers and Lothor
2-has access to some psionics abilities, he use it to torture someone by provoking a great pain in his target head
2-he's able to trap people into his jar for specimens ( like he did to Lothor)
3-was able to tank most of power rangers attacks , Lothor laser beam and an island exploding
4-can transform into his mesomonster form, with it he could shot lasers beam and multiple himself
5-he can probably move faster than the eye can see / or teleport himself
I think they're both even , Lizard probably get the advantage on psychical strength over base Mesogog but that alone can't get him the win
Mesogog has a much variety of ways to take down the Lizard like :
1- can trap him into one of his jar containers
2- can transform into his mesomonster form and restrict the gap in strength between him and Lizard
3-can multiple himself and overwhelmed the Lizard
And probably Mesogog could resist Lizard mental attacks thanks to his psionics power , and the fact he was able to maintain control over his human part and even find a way to separate himself from it
