This won't be a long(I guess) and detalied thread.

I'm just here to say that Man Marked by Flames has to be this guy. It can't be anyone else!

What we know about The Man Marked by Flames?

So all we know are RUMORS. Based on those RUMORS we can guess that his man travels in his Black Ship, has a DF power related to water/sea and has the last Poneglyph Luffy needs.

Let's not forget that Luffy is the closest in the run. He has 3 Red Poneglyphs. Law just have Wano's(Most likely Zou's too but we are not 100% sure) while Kid(now Shanks) have Wano's and Big Mom's Poneglyphs with a possibility of him having the last one(most unlikely).

So this guy is someone that Luffy never heard of and it seems no one of his crew heard about that guy either.

We know that this last Red Poneglyph was once at Fishmen Island before Roger became Pirate King but wasn't when Strawhats visited there

So this guy has to be someone that knew about it's location and wasn't interesting in founding the One Piece or going to Laugh Tale but instead he is probably doing a selection of who he will allow reach that place. And who we know that is doing something similar?

It is heavily stated that Roger met some people after the crew was over. One of them(probably the first) was Whitebeard where he told about the history of the World and what he was expecting to happen in the future. The second was Rayleigh where he told him he would give himself in but wouldn't die mostly because his will would be inherited by someone else. And lastly it was Garp to who Roger asked to take care of his child called Ace.

So Whitebeard knew Teach wasn't the one Roger wanted to become the next Pirate King.
Rayleigh also knew that.
And Garp probably had no idea of it.

Well so Garp can't be the guy since he has no idea of what Roger wanted. Plus he doesn't have a DF and is not seeing around there in a Black Ship.
Rayleigh does know what Roger wanted but he doesn't have a DF or even a ship. Guy is One Piece Michael Phelps!
And lastly Whitebeard can't be because... He died... Maybe his Gura DF could do those whirlpools that sinks other ships. But he doesn't have a Black Ship.

But that is all what we know until now! What if in the future Oda reveals he talked to more people? Why he would talk to his First Mate, his greatest Pirate enemy and greatest Marine enemy but not his other members of the crew? And specially this guy!

Gaban is portrayed to be somewhat similar to Rayleigh. Probably the next on command and near in strength(or at least strong enough to be separated from the rest of the crew).

If Shanks belived in Luffy to be the next Pirate King by sacrificing his arm and giving him a motivational hat. If Rayleigh believed in Luffy to be his master and teach him the basics of haki. Why not Gaban be the last "test" of Luffy to see if he is really worth to be the next Pirate King and handle him the last Red Poneglyph?

Gaban would be somewhat of a disappointment, a 4th tier Roger Pirate with practically zero hype aside from wanting to fight Oden. Why on earth would such a guy be qualified for 'Luffy's final test'?
So much non-sense from someone that believes anime filler is cannon.

What sense would it make to make another Roger pirate important to the story after we already met the hyped vice captain ? Wouldn’t the vice captain be saved for last? What part of scooper coming after ray makes sense to you? Shit is so stupid
Why is that? There is so much about Roger pirates and their story that we don't know. It only make sense for we to get to know another member for that.

We will find out soon
I'm sure He is coming to Egghead
I don't see any reason for that.

The Character i believe is Man Marked By Flames
Who is that and why would he wanted to see Brook? And why would he know that Strawhats are there?
Post automatically merged:

For me its garling figarland who is the last guy

Shielew said that he moght work gor gov.

Also Roger knew this guy since god valey so thats why he could find the last poneyglygh
Garling most likely isn't travelling around in a Black Ship with his Red Poneglyph and sinking who gets closer. Why he would do that instead of put it safely at Mariejoia?

Roger probably knew him at God Valley but that doesn't mean they made any kind of relationship like he did with Garp for example. That doesn't explain why he would find the poneglyph.

Garling most likely not leaves from Mariejoia if not strictly necessary for a Holy Guard mission.

When Thriller Bark started, they found a Barrel, and even though it was just a Trap, Robin explained how it's supposed to be an Offering for Sea God. Such Figure was also mentioned in Fishmen Island Arc when Pappug explained how Vander Decken invoked Wrath of Sea God.

As soon as Luffy started his Journey, He encountered a Whirlpool (I believe this Man caused it)
And after that, Luffy finally started his Adventure by reaching First Island while inside a Barrel

In other words, Luffy is an Offering for Sea God.
No Reader can confirm that OP World Pre-Chapter 2 & after it is the Same
That First Whirlpool changed something, but We won't discover it until Final Arc (So anytime now)

After that, Oda kept teasing these Whirlpools a lot, such as explaining how they work during Arlong Park Arc
Entering Wano through a Whirlpool, WG's Three Main Facilities are next to Gigantic Doors that surround a Massive Whirlpool ... etc

But the most interesting one is when Luffy saw Whirlpool that would eventually explode & lead them to Skypiea
He described entering it as "Dream within a Dream"

This is Foreshadowing that aside from Natural Whirlpools, there are Special Man-Made Ones that are actually Portals to a different Version of the World, which explains Roger's First Words when He started his Journey: "Rayleigh, let's Turn the World upside down"

So you can imagine my Reaction when i saw BB mentioning a Mysterious Legend who can cause Whirlpools
And didn't say Storms or Waves or whatever, it was Specifically "Whirlpools"

This Man is simply Sea God or someone directly associated with him and everyone is a Pawn in his Game.
Oda mentioned him as Lurking Legend & Strongest Foe, and that He is related to WB, which basically confirms that WB handed Road Poneglyph to him from Fishmen Island

As for why He wants to see Brook, it's simply cuz They met before, specifically on Brook's Home Island
I know you see this as Headcanon, but it's what i suspect for now
