I think there's gonna be a royal battle between the 3 (+ potentially Cross Guild) to have the fourth Poneglyph

This is true. But in extension this extends to law as well. The only ones surviving in both Shanks elbaf situation and the winner island blackbeard situation would be the straw hats. Lets look at the scenarios. WINNER ISLAND SITUATION: Luffy and zoro claps blackbeard, sanji and ussop claps van augur, brook and chooper claps doc q and stronger, jimbe claps burgess, this still leaves nami, franky, and Robin to clap the rest of the fodder blackbeard crew members. Remember on winner island blackbeard doesn't have his entire crew with him.

Now let's look at the SHANKS ELBAF SITUATION: If Shanks tried divine departure on luffy and zoro both were going to block it since both have advanced coc. Now would the straw hats still loss? Ofcourse. I would argue that they would still losses VERY very badly. However it still would not be as bad as kidd. Infact luffy and Shanks would agree to a 1v1 which would end in luffy losing but Shanks and his crew being proud of luffys crew which wound end in a celebration of the two groups drinking. We may even see both groups exchange each other's rubbing lol

Zoro might get koed by Kamusari because he lacks good COO.

If Kidd had all 3 rubbings ( which is probably the case considering Luffy is dumb ) now Shanks is ready to go for One Piece.

Kidd's crew is full of wusses. If these were the Straw Hats I bet Zoro and Sanji would have tried to block Shanks' and the Giants' attack.
