What if there’s a chance that the 4th poneglyph is held by blackbeard now? but it was a gift or a thanks for letting this man escape when Blackbeard went to impel down?

What if the one who was frozen in ice on impel down lvl 5 freezer was The Mark By Flames? He has the power to use fire and all this time he was frozen he kept himself alive by using his power, he also saw all the events that happen when luffy went to impel down lvl5 using haki, and there’s a chance that he wanna meet luffy in the future?
