Thing is we will likely never even see the character so it hardly matters
But given he has the ability to conjure anything he wishes into reality with the wave of his hand whether it is tangible or not (e.g. another character can use a Shinjutsu but a much weaker version and was able to alter the memories of every person on the planet) and his abilities (which have no known limit), Shinjutsu, are even at their weakest superior by magnitudes to any and every ninjutsu or genjutsu that we've ever seen (even from other Ootsutsuki and even guys like Baryon Naruto and the Infinite Tsukoyomi), Shibai can probably solo the rest of the verse neg diff.

He's literally transcendental and has access to other dimensions in thw universe.. Im in thw sense to what kaguya does but literally "One with thw universe" kinda shi

Take a look at the others. You have Kinshiki below momo coz he's a subordinate meant to be fed to tentails for thw fruit
So is Kaguya canonically

Didn't Shibai get so strong he transcended to a higher dimension lmao and his leftover body for which he didn't have any use for casually created/held powers that surpassed any jutsu and technique in the Naruto verse period?
We're probably talking about one of the strongest beings in Shounen history and I'm not sure if it would work to bring someone like that back.
Though this reminds of early shippuden where Madara was teased.
As for the thread I guess at some point they may have been equal in status but momoshiki really is a fodder in comparison.
