The One Piece Creates a Kingdom
I would like to share a simple idea that I do not think people will give thought to. The One Piece is not a destructive force like the Ancient Weapons are. It has a separate purpose. It is intended to recreate the Ancient Kingdom and Joyboy is supposed to rule it again. The Ancient Kingdom hid it, and nobody except their own people were supposed to find it. Why would it make sense for them to make a treasure for other people to find? Since their own civilization is likely to be the most advanced civilization to ever exist on the planet, that means that the technology they used was superior technology. In conclusion, the One Piece allows whoever finds it to create the most advanced civilization on the planet and rule it. They become the ruler of the most powerful nation.
The reward for finding it is so great in scope that it means they can make dreams come true using comic-book-science (not real science it's that good whacky science where anything happens).
My ideas about the One Piece doing this came from Star Trek. See below.
The World Heart
- The World Heart is an ancient artifact crafted by the Iconian species many millennia ago. It encompasses all knowledge of the Iconian race, including genetic data from every species on their home planet, Iconia, their colony worlds, and the entirety of their culture, history, and philosophy.
- Millennia ago, the Iconian Empire fell victim to an assault by a coalition of insurgent species, culminating in the orbital bombardment of their homeworld.
- The World Heart was brought to Iconia where the Iconians would begin the reconstruction of their once peaceful and mighty civilization.

The Iconians and the Ancient Kingdom share many similarities. They were both the most advanced civilizations to exist, they both are set in the ancient past where they fell victim to an attack coordinated by several different groups, and it's possible that they both have created a way for their destroyed civilization to recreate itself if what I'm saying is true.
Notes:
Acquiring genetic data from every species on their home planet is the same thing as acquiring Lineage Factor from every species on their homeplanet.
The Ancient Kingdom is also known to possess great ideals, and this is what the government may truly fear. The World Heart contains the philosophy of the Iconians. Therefore, it is possible that an artifact such as the One Piece may contain the philosophy of the Ancient Kingdom, too. Although, if it's anything like The World Heart, then it contains much more than that, but it's an important part nonetheless (possibly the most important part).
Expected response:
Then why did Roger's crew laugh when they saw it?
- They laughed because it demonstrated the culture and philosophy of the Ancient Kingdom which was based on Joyboy's way of life.

Sorry. I can't seem to make it smaller. Again, though, I'm suggesting it had contained the history, culture, and philosophy of the Ancient Kingdom. Roger, right here, specifically refers to wishing he'd lived during the time when Joyboy's Kingdom was prospering and referred to a joyous tale. That joyous tale may just be the life of Joyboy and how his way of life affected his kingdom.
