A hammer was fed the mythical zoan for Ratatoskr and that hammer is Ragnir.

is there anything about Niddhogr’s lightning that’s different than ordinary lightning besides scale

We don´t know everything about Nidhogg beyond the fact that it´s whats been built up all arc, Ragnir is just the sideshow

Scale will probably be a bigger deal than Hax anyway

I don't think Ragnir would approve of Xebec, maaybe Harald it would approve of.

I'm starting to understand now. Ragnir tests the fighter, if he doesn't approve of you there's a good chance he freezes you if he's unable to put you down swiftly. Xebec would be a tough fight so Ragnir would most likely opt to eventually freeze him, Xebec would get frozen.

Harald might pass the test being an ancient giant and having the raw strength to wield the hammer.
