Bogard is either a complete fraud nothingburger or he's a holy knight sent to spy on Garp and that's why he never aged in forty years

But tbh, I think Bogard might get upscaled too much by fans on account of him being “Garp’s right hand man”.

The top 4 marines of the Roger era were: Garp, Sengoku, Kong, and Tsuru.

It makes much more sense if:

Garp ~ Roger
Sengoku ~ Rayleigh
Kong ~ Gaban
Tsuru ~ Oden
and Bogard ~ Spencer or one of the other RP lower ranks

The pirate king wasn’t a mere yonko. Roger should have rivaled the marines in their entirety. WB’s portrayal in MF suggests as much.

We know from Chap 0 that Garp and Sengoku weren´t supposed to be sent together for the Ed war, Sengoku is certainly not Rayleigh´s rival, he was Rogers rival.

And Kong and Tsuru vs Gaban and Oden probably never happened, like ever.
