It will be rather strange if we see Marco and Inu fighting against King for example. Or Sanji and Neko vs. Queen.

If it's real Oden their morale would go so high that their wounds will magically disappear and they will be almost fresh new.

With the addition of the scabbards under the roof is more than cleared in no time.

Yamato at sooner or later will face her father this way getting character interaction, my guess is she will meet the Scabbards and together fight Kaido/BM till the Novas recover enough or some shit idk, but point being I see her meeting them and have a go to at least stall Kaido/BM enough.

Many characters seem to have a speedy recovery rate in this arc starting from gifters so they will be useful for Tama, Apoo etc, same will happen with Scabbards not a huge issue really, obviously they wont be at full strength but so will also be the enemies nerfed a bit also when they face them (looking at Kaido/BM).

If Oden and the Scabbards join the fight by this point the calamities are done for. Oda has to be very careful in his approach in order to maintain tension.

Zoan users have the excuse of Zoan Recovery (while Ancients have it big, Normal Zoans do seem to have a relative above normal recovery rate). .

Usopp and Nami recovered from Ulti's attacks, Apoo doesn't know how to fall either, similarly for scabbards it's too early for them to fall for good, def thry will have one last go at the rooftop imo, with or witbout Yamato but I have her too cause she got so far zero character interaction with her father so she has to fight him too.
