I don't even think this was an issue. BM's amnesia was an issue and stil she one-shotted Queen without any haki. BM's is al about her haki armor that Bege made a plan to make her lose it. Without it she isn't such a monster to someone YC2 level(but actually was).
The big issues were Strawhats joking on her. Jinbei is fine he is strong and already done that at WCI, but Franky... Robin...
Then we had her doing basically nothing at Rooftop.
Then she finaly used ACooC for the first time on Page One but never again not even against Ulti.
Then she is doing nothing while Kid is suffering from Hawkins powers.
Then she can't even block any of Law's and Kid's attacks.
And finally for some reason she just left Kid and Law still conscious instead of finishing them. Not killing but at least 100% be sure they are finished.
