Anyway, i've decided. I wanna do more fun content because i've been pretty depressed over a variety of things.And i'm trying to put my best foot forward.
I find one of the most interesting fruits in the series, like many do, to be Law's Ope Ope no Mi.
I'm of the general mindset that what makes a devil fruit good, isn't necessarily how powerful it is, but how useful it is.
When kaido said his crew didn't need that many conquerors, what he really meant was there's a limit to how top heavy you can get. The SMILES weren't supposed to be the end goal.
Kaido was trying to replicate mythical zoans, the same way vegapunk, did. This explains everything about his model. The SMILES we're a small step towards developing other artificial devil fruits. We can see this in the fact that kaido has no problem having non zoans on his crew.
What makes laws devil fruit so incredibly dangerous compared to something like what gazelle man got is the versatility. If Kaido just turned into a giant dragonIt really wouldn't be that bad. Is everything else that comes with that.
Since we know that devil fruits are created by the dreams of people, i believe then whoever created the ope ope no mi was an insane man man that loved playing with the bodies of other people. The original Nerona Imu, who used this Fruit to switch bodies with another person, then blackmailed them into performing the Immortality Surgery on Imu.
I believe this doctor who Imu forcibly body swapped with and then blackmailed into being given immortality, is either laws past life or his ancestor. Law was drawn to the Fruit, in order to use its power to undo the evil, it had done in the past.
We know that devil fruit usage varies based on the individual. Techniques will literally change, the fruit's powers will literally change based on the soul of the user.
The doctor who became famous for using the Ope Ope no mi, IMO, was a friend of the doctor Imu blackmailed, and was also given the Fruit to perform the immortality surgery. While it's possible the effect is from Imu, since pretty much everything from the world government seems to be stolen, including the holy land itself I believe, i'm assuming the Gorosei are immortal for the same reason Nerona Imu is.
So, under this theory, six doctors died, and the seventh was then saved or escaped, and became the doctor who made the Fruit famous.
We know that there were twenty kings that founded the world government. My belief is that law's fruit was originally designed to give all of them, including Imu immortality. But the other fifteen got the short end of the stick, after the Doctor who made the Fruit famius escaped.
I believe that this is the actual origin of the twenty doctors of drum kingdom. 20 doctors for the 20 Kings.
Surgeon of Death is a literal title, Law's job is to remove the Immortality Surgery from Imu and the Gorosei.
Law's Fruit is going to be incredibly important going forward, so I'd like to theorize about how it could grow.
Shambles:
1. Teleporting objects without using solid objects. If Law could say, use gasses instead of a solid object, he could literally use the air to teleport.
2. Siege. Siege is a simple concept: lift something up very high and then crash it back down for maximum damage.
When Blackbeard attacks Zunesha, if Law is on the elephant furry paradise like many assume, he could potentially lift Zou above Blackbeard's ships and then have the elephant land on them. Would be even funnier if Law just... teleported Zou ONTO Wano proper. Imagine this giant elephant just shows up in the flower capitol.
3. Attacks that pierce atomic structure. I already believe that Dragon and Sabo's Dragon Claw technique works by isolating the atomic core of matter and then splintering it. This is a similar concept. We see this with the radioactive attacks. While Buggy has often been theorized to be able to split atoms via his awakening, Law could also potentially do this.
4. Personality Wipe. This would be horribly unethical and only use against true villains. But yeah. No memories or thoughts no villain. Scary.
5. Docking. We were one nico robin, away from oars, getting absolutely destroyed in thriller bark. Docking 15 reaches a new level of power, if Law uses his Fruit to atomically bond people together in different ways. It's like a much more versatile version of wapols fusion.
What happens if you give Zoro Luffy's arms? Can he stretch? If you graft Robin's left eye and arm onto you, can she use her powers while only those parts of her body are connected to you, and still use her other powers with her body?

Law can just teleport your castle into the ocean. How the fuck do you deal with that? Even just flipping it over is enough of a problem.
This guy is pretty much only being held back by stamina. Law's devil fruit is ridiculously broken. I wanna do Kidd next, I think, but I started with this because imaging law teleporting this giant elephant is so funny to me
