both Shiryu and Catarina Devon have been missing the entire time, and they can be invisible + change form to invade anything

Do you guys understand that Shiryu and Catarina Devon could be anywhere right now?

Van Augur could teleport them wherever they wanted

and Shiryu can go invisible, while Devon can change form

these two could be taking over Impel Down

or behind Akainu's back right now

for all we know
