Seriously though, have you thought of Pokemon Snap? Paper Mario Origami King looks hilarious and great too.

Mario 3D All Stars? Various stores still sell it at normal price?

Luigis Mansion 3? Links Awakening? Kirby?

I strongly recommend the Portal and Borderlands games (Borderlands especially with friends and Portal 2 has an amazingly hilarious co-op mode too) but not sure how their Switch ports are.

Not sure how you feel about online multiplayer, otherwise Splatoon 3 could be a fantastic choice. Mario Rabbids series is supposed to be really good but it's like Fire Emblem and XCom I believe? STILL waiting for the new Advance Wars to come out too sigh.

I haven't got a Switch ironically but may get one eventually. So I can only be of so much help ofc
There's Mario Tennis, Golf and Strikers too but those rely on multiplayer too ultimately!

Goldeneye 64 is free with Switch Online and with online MP too! What a time to be alive! Goldeneye finally returns to us and isn't a pipe dream!
