The last anime ep covered the scene with Higurashi plotting the takeover of Wano with Orochi. Something I wasn't really paying attention to before is that her and Semimaru were actually behind the entire tragic arc. They put Orochi in power, they masterminded the allegiance with Kaido, they set up the weapons factories and underworld connections. Just who are they, really?
Are they even really Kurozumi? There's no proof, and she never actually says she's part of the family.
Higurashi shows a couple other faces in that scene. One, obviously, is Shiki. He was still in the Rocks Pirates when Higurashi was outside of Wano. Is that how she knew Kaido, to set him up as Orochi's ally? Were the old couple also Rocks pirates members? And furthermore, she turns into another person in that scene without naming them. Who's the woman? Why would Oda have Higurashi turn into some random pretty young girl? I wasnt even considering that she could be someone important. But... What if she is? Who DOES she look like? (and don't pull that oda draws all women the same bs. the differences between characters may be subtle but they exist and they're more obvious than 99 percent of other mangaka)
6 eyelashes, same facial proportions, same eyebrows, same eyes, same nose, same mouth, same face shape (although her huge hat throws off the silhouette.) is this young bitch Stussy? And before you go oh, it cant be, look at her, Stussy is too young to have been around while the Rocks Pirates were sailing
Shakky is 64 and is still a babe. If Stussy were the same age as Shakky, she'd have been in her 20s around the same time as Rocks's era and Higurashi/Semimaru returning to Wano. Was she a Cipher Pol agent back then? Did Cipher Pol help Higurashi and Semimaru re-enter Wano? Is this entire Kaido and Orochi situation masterminded by the big brains of the Gorosei? Has this game of go actually been going on for decades?
