I like the idea but I think it's a bit unlikely at this point.

I could see Dragon returning to the Marines as an undercover agent or something and betraying Akainu's trust maybe.

Also not sure of the whole idea of WG giving them fruits being guaranteed, Kizaru at least had his at a time when he was seemingly much lower rank than VA.
