Questions & Mysteries Theory: Blackbeard will form the new Rox from the Shichibukai to become Xebec 2.0.

Blackbeard is the new Rox, like Luffy is the new Roger. His ship is named "Saber of Xebec". And what did Xebec do? Gather the strongest pirates of his day under his flag. With Kaido/BM/WB dying, Blackbeard will gather his ex-Shichibukai colleagues under his flag. This includes Mihawk, Weevil (the "new Whitebeard"), Doflamingo, Hancock, Kuma, Moriah, etc...

He already started recruiting Moriah

but I don't think he's stopping there. We know the Navy was after the Shichibukai and in the same chapter Blackbeard said "he's going to claim X before the Navy".

The parallel between the Shichibukai and Rox is I think both of them have a lot of CoC users like Whitebeard mentioned, but they were all "hesitant to fight alongside one another"

So he had a bunch of disobedient pirates, a lot of them CoC users, and got taken down by Roger/Garp, which Luffy both represents in the new age.

The interesting part is that Blackbeard was ALREADY PART OF THE SAME GROUP, as these guys, and they were dysfunctional. Oda comparing Weevil to a young "Whitebeard", is also an ode to that group.

If these guys were willing to side with the WG to leave them alone, it's not out of the realm of possibilities for them to join up with BB.

This. I actually do like the concept, but it’s just every current Warlord has a very good reason not to join BB.

I think it will be too broken for every Warlords to join BB. I can picture Hancock joining Luffy. Mihawk and Buggy will ally with Shanks.

Weevil might actually be WB's son considering that Miss Bakkin was indeed part of the Rocks pirates. Its possible that she was a complete hottie in her younger days.

However, I actually think Blackbeard will join hands with Kaido and BM alongside Weevil to completely recreate the Rocks pirates.

Why did they join the WG? Hancock was enslaved by the Celestial Dragons and still joined the WG. BB is their mortal enemy.

Moria might but last time we saw him he was pretty pissed off at him and Crocodile also doesn't strike me as someone who would join Teach either.
I doubt they're breaking Doflamingo out of prison.

There’s zero reason for Mihawk to ever join Blackbeard, and thus the whole idea falls apart. BB can’t give him what him wants, which is for his chosen rival (Zoro) to challenge him in an epic duel for his title. Mihawk has worked alone since Roger’s execution, there’s no in-story reason for him to want to change that, and if he kidnaps Perona while she’s looking for Moria, this is more likely to make an enemy out of Hawk-Eyes than anything else.

Given Hancock’s hatred of all men and Luffy’s status as the fifth emperor, there’s no reason for her to team up with BB over Luffy. To do so would be completely out of character for her.

I could see Weevil joining BB,the rest not so much!
Mihawk and Buggy should join Shanks!
Boa will either go to Impel down or defend her island!
I don't see him raiding Impel down again for Doflamingo!
He already has a crew composed of level 6 prisoners,he kinda already did this!
I think BB will raid Alabasta and Whole cake island for the poneglyphs!
