Future Events Things that should happen before Kaido is defeated

#1
When I ask: "What are the things that should happen before Kaido gets defeated?", I don't even mean from a power level standpoint. Simply from a plot perspective, it seems clear to me that there are several more things with Kaido that are currently grossly unresolved.

1. The matter of the Floating Onigashima
This, I think, is the very most obvious one.
There are currently lots of people in Onigashima. More than just main characters or villains, there are currently thousands of our Samurai in here as well. An incredibly large number of weaklings.
If Kaido just straight up dies within one of the next few chapters, the Island will suddenly fall to the ground, and the majority of those characters will fall to their deaths and die. At some point before the final confrontation, there is going to have to be a scene where either the Samurai all get out, something happens which would assure their safety, or Kaido decides to put Onigashima gently back down again.
Bonus:
It was foreshadowed once we learned what the New Onigashima Project is, that we'd see a shot of Onigashima floating right above the flower capital and the citizens of Wano looking up at the source of their imminent doom.

2. Yamato's rebellion
A remarkably obvious plot moment the needs to come up, that I haven't heard anyone talking about, is the moment where Yamato has their final confrontation with Kaido. It's remarkable how consistent moments like these are throughout One Piece, where the female lead of the arc confronts the villain who has wronged them and through that villain's response, we get one final look at just how sh*tty that villain is. We saw it with Arlong and Nami, with Viola and Doflamingo, with both Vivi and Robin against Crocodile.
Yamato's rebellion moment to her father is being set up as the most compelling of these by far. Exactly what Kaido thinks about their child, indulging them on their false, preferred gender, and giving them Onigashima, yet still treating them like crap, strapping explosive cuffs to them, beating them up regularly, and refusing to listen to their good sense about not being so darn evil, doubtlessly makes for a fascinating character dynamic, and ending the arc without even being able to see a few moments of it, is a mistake that I couldn't even imagine Oda going with.

3. The Yonko Betrayal
It's been illustrated and forshadowed since the start of Onigashima, that this part of the arc is going to be about betrayal, and given the final scene of chapter 999, the Yonko are definitely going to betray each other before either of them go down.
Now admittedly, I'm not curtain who is going to betray who right now, but I suspect, given how Big Mom has already bonded with the people of Wano during her time as O-Lin, once it gets close to the point where Kaido is about to commit mass-murder towards the country, Big Mom is likely to step in to confront him to try and take out her rival. Especially if things are looking up for the alliance as a whole, Robin is captured, and the location of that Kaido poneglyph is revealed.
I think it's also logically going to be before Kaido is on his last legs, so that we can actually have an extended scene of Kaido's response to it.
Finally, I think it's rather obviously likely that Kaido is going to take out Big Mom through this event, turning the tables, both solidifying him as the sole evil villain of this arc, living up to his title as the Strongest Creature in the World, and biting the hand that feeds him for a last bit of "No redemption".

4. Kaido's perspective
Finally, before Kaido falls, I think we need a moment to get a decent view on Kaido's perspective. I'm not sure a lot of people realize this, but if Kaido was defeated as things are right now, he would've been the largest black box of a villain One Piece has ever done. I think that it can be argued that we've never seen Kaido's true emotions. The guy fails to emote at almost everything. Where's the core of his motivation? What drives him and what does he work towards? The only thing that anyone can say is "To die a worthy death" but even that answer is underdeveloped and fails to explain several things. Especially with how complex the characters are, which modern day One Piece likes to put as their villains. Kaido will definitely get a flashback or at least a monolog to explain things more groundedly from his perspective soon.

For these reasons, I think it's pretty obvious that the result of Kaido and Big Mom vs 5 supernova is clearly not going to be a black and white victory for the supernova, and we clearly have several more phases of the fight to get through before it's conclusion.

Any disagree?

What else do you think should happen before Kaido goes down?
