What character you may ask? Literally ANY ONE!

Conqueror haki explanation to "achieve" it kinda of sucks.

There's half part of it that is common for every kind of haki that haki will always bloom under extreme situations. This COULD be good if wasn't for the thousands of extreme situations we saw people at it without unleashing any haki. For example Nami's "mother" against Arlong. Sure I understand haki wasn't a thing back then but this still makes the point. Momonosuke at Wano he could totally have unleashed some kinda of Haki. Yea yea Wano is the worst arc in history, I know. How about Kuma itself unleash haki to save Bonney? The giants unleash their haki to save their children? Or at least Saul?

And the part that sucks the most is that "you either born with it or doesn't". Which makes no fucking sense because even if you born with it is not sure that you will unleash in first place. So you can never know if you born with it or not unless if you unleash it too!!!

And then they explain that the people born with it have "kingly ambitions" which is extreme vague! What was everyone's kingly ambitions? Roger's world travel? Whitebeard's happy family? Luffy's nonsense freedom? Sengoku's Tenryuubito's pet? Garp's homo affair with Roger?

How could one say that Tama who wants to be a Kunoichi doesn't have kingly ambition?
