You mean Shiki’s third personality that connects her to the Root?
100% featless and even with her statements and claims, which are dubious at best since the context was Shiki being high as fuck at the time when she made them, her claims puts her at Othinus’ level.
And if we go by what Nasu himself says about her, it becomes even more muddled. Like how according to Nasu, Void Shiki is roughly as strong as Ciel, can only fight a defensive battle against a Servant, and is ranked below Arcueid in the totem pole.
It’s only gotten worst for supposedly omnipotent Void Shiki since Nasu apparently also considered the various Beasts introduced in F/GO as also above her.

Now you can argue the above is outdated since F/GO has since shown she can in fact outright beat a few Servants but the ones she’s killed are no-names from what I’ve seen brought up.
So it’s hardly a buff. She isn’t this omnipotent reality warper god nor has Nasu ever portrayed her as such. It’s literally taking one scene of her describing herself as such when she was quite literally high as hell at the moment

Yup, current strongest in the Nasuverse are the Ultimate Ones, namely ORT who just recently finally lived up to its hype being re-introduced in F/GO.
Not even close to its full strength and it was still basically unstoppable, the most powerful foe Chaldea has fought to date putting it above even the Beasts of Humanity (who Nasu considers stronger than Void Shiki), and never actually beaten.

Technically yes, causality reversal would be something simple vector reflection can’t work on but it’s been stated one of the ways to avoid Gae Bolg’s thrust, besides defyin fate, is to have a high enough defense raised to counter it

There was a statement on the Wiki that if death is not a part of their "fate", Gae Bolg would miss the target completely even when it was launched and the target was in range.
Not really sure if Accelerator meets both of those conditions.
But if it's only a B ranked Noble Phantasm, a defensive Noble Phantasm such as Herakles' God Hand would theoretically be able to tank it, wouldn't it?
Since Accelerator's defensive barrier is a passive one that is active at all times instead of something that needs to be activated by the user, Gae Bolg's initial effect of piercing Accelerator's heart through the barrier would fail....
