Sanji was literally basic as one can be until then, he is just strong to be able to keep up with Zoro and Luffy despite self imposed Drawbacks

No enma power up was rebuked. All that happened at the end of last chapter was zoro letting all his haki flow into all 3 swords and finally stop holding back.
Not to mention the curse is just the swords will
The stronger the sword. The stronger the haki needed to tame it.
