Boogie Woogie isn't stronger than Blood Manipulation or Projection sorcery. Todo is just strong enough to be Grade 1 without a CT , that's why it seems so effective, and Todo has ridiculous IQ

Only a one time use, so that weighs it down

The Passive CE nature alone is ridiculously powerful enough

well he was actually Special Grade after his death and the truth of his CT was revealed he's like Hakari and Maki.

Takaba’s wouldn’t be good for most other characters. It’s uniquely suited for Takaba. And I’m trying to stick to mainly CTs that have been shown in the anime

Comedian is just the name Takaba came up with. The technique itself has nothing to fo with comedy - it would theoretically create anything as long as the user is confident in themselves

This is too broken imo, there surely are conditions to it's use apart from confidence. Probably a limit on what somebody can create/affect
