Jolly Good Day WG yoho here with another Top 5 and the topic of the day is my top 5 character archetypes
Bringing up the rear
5. Tsundere's- I've yet to see a series where the Tsundere wasn't the best girl in the series some of my favorites include Mikoto Misaka and Rin Tohsaka (Index/Fate series)
4. Deadpan- deadpan characters never fail to make me laugh the way they some of them are so witty and cynical while displaying little to no outward emotions some of my favorites include Euclidwood hellsychthe and Saiki K (Is this and Zombie and secret life of Saiki K)
3. Analytical- analytical characters are some of my favorites they way they take a step back and see the entire picture is top notch some of my favorites include Ranpo Edogawa and Rintaro Okabe (Bungo/ Steins Gate)
2. Manipulative- The nature of a character able to manipulate all the people around them to get what they want as if they're playing a giant game of chess is always fantastic when there's a manipulative character I know for a fact it'll be one of my favourite shows, some of my favorites include Ayanokoji and Iyzaya orihara (Class Room of The Elite/ Durararara)
1. Prideful Characters- and finally we go to what's by far favorite character archetypes the characters who I think show the most range of emotion, the characters whose pride and arrogance know no bounds they are more often than not some of the best written and interesting characters in any given series some of my favorites include Gilgamesh and Vegeta (Fate/DBZ)
