I'd lean a bit more towards Tou. YTW's vassals do seem more powerful but I consider Tou to be a better general overall, someone who Ouki considered as his equal. If Tou's remaining vassals could hold their own against YTW's troops, which is not unreasonable if we take into consideration how Ryou Koku was able to hold a defensive line against Karin, and Rokoumi, although a bit of a gag character, is quite capable, then Tou could secure a high/extreme diff victory. Once YTW has been taken care of, her army should crumble.

Tou is the strongest by a mile but YTW's army have better quality soldiers and commanders. Extreme diff either way tbh.

Ryou Koku was able to hold a defensive line against Karin

Ryuukoku was hopeless against Karin's elites. Karin pulled back, because her distraction worked, there was no longer need for her to still be there.

In every YTW matchup i end up repeating the same things:
Mountain warriors are much stronger than your average soldier and have been said to be twice as strong and at times been shown to be overwhelming even in unfavorable situations.
If Tou had +150k i'd go with him but anything less and he gets defeated.

It was said they are twice as strong as an average soldier in the beginning
Of course people will say these gg armies are different and their elite soldiers are also much better than your average soldier but YTW also has elite units in the Mera tribe, Bajio army, Danto's clan etc and the Quanrong which were said to be superior to her army.
In the Gyou arc there is also that panel of Zhao soldiers backing them up to a cliff, surrounding them with multiple times their numbers and getting slaughtered to the last man regardless.
80K mountain warriors for me equals between 140k to 160k soldiers.

I’ll go with YTW, mountain army is no joke and aside from immortal Rokumi I highly doubt Tou has any memorable Generals. Also YTW herself is not so below from Tou if not an equal as a General both martially and strategy.

I feel like people take that Ouki statement about Tou's abilities too literally. In the end Tou is neither as strong nor as smart as his master. He seem to be better at nurturing talented commanders, but thats about it.

Yotanwa is a leadership goddess who happens to have good misdirection tactics and martial might to keep up. In a direct clash it's hard for me to see her loose.

I also don't believe Tou is literally as strong or as smart as Ouki but he's comparable.

YTW has peak leadership skills yes, but martial wise, she doesn't impress me that much tbh. She was about to die to Rozo if it wasn't for Heki.

That was only after she fended off waves after waves of enemies. Before that happened she low diffed Rozo's strongest commander.

Maybe, but his dueling feats so far are a bit of a mixed bag, given that he got stalled by newbie Kouyoku and had some trouble against Rinbukun.

At the very least Yotanwa would give him a hard time in 1 vs 1.

Or maybe those Chu guys are just strong.

I don't see anybody calling Gaimou "mixed bag" when he got stalled by Shin temporary.

I can see YTW pushing Tou to high or even extreme diff in a duel.

Always showed to us Tou abilities, all guys says "Ouki what a bastard, you have someone like him in your wings"

Coalition arc, Chu guys was surprise someone like him wasn't famous.

If Yotanwa didnt have Bajio on her side i would easy go with Tou... hes the strongest in this Battle but Bajio once he enters his Berserker Mode the Momentum of the War would shift towards the mountain tribe tou will be busy with yotanwa a tactical genius and Bajio would burst trough the Ranks. Noone is able to stop Bajio at his strongest except Tou in this War but he wont be able to deal with Yotanwa and Bajio
