Spoiler Tower of God Chapter 109

#3
Very good chapter. Made me in the mood to write a wall of text for it, which is not that common. Some interesting things:

- Wangwang noted that some of the other people who survived the tests of the Workshop were stronger than them. Could one of these be the Lion dude that appeared in front of Yas by the end of the chapter? Considering how he also survived, and has the blood of the "King of the Beasts", it's not absolutely impossible. Anyways, unless Yas and Wangwang were late bloomers, these guys should also be insanely strong and talented.

- Even someone as insanely talented as Yasratcha (extremely few individuals reach the CC Tier, even in the grand scheme of the absolute beings that are the Rankers) failed multiple times before becoming a Ranker. Considering how fast Baam and co are climbing (if they were to follow this pace they'd quite easily break Urek's record), and how it took the extremely talented Yas and Wang multiple hundreds of years to go from D-Class to A-Class, I think this chapter greatly supports the headcanon that tests on the upper floors get exponentially far more difficult as you go up, with perhaps the final test standing on a whole another level (would justify Yas failing multiple times, although we don't have much context to go by).

- The Great Tamer Lo Po Bia Kirin. Could this guy be one of the 2 Regents left on the Mothership and that can fill in for the FH in times of war? Considering how he's expected to deal with the problems that arise between Branches (and Branch Leaders), is from the Main Family and is suggested in this chapter to be one of the few (including the FH) Great Tamers who can control half-humans, I'd say there's not a low chance at all of that being the case. He's also got a huge ass throne in the Mothership and Yas said he's not anything like what he's seen before. His Shinheuh also looks very interesting. It seems like it is a Haetae, a mythical ancient creature from East Asian legends. This could also be a sign of strength too, since none of the Branch Leaders we've seen so far appear to have a Shinheuh based on the primary concept of a mythical creature (snake, spider, owl, horse...). Anyways, if he's not one of the two, then I have underestimated the Main Family.

- The Ancient Being Acrinak. Is this guy supposed to be one of the five splits of the Giant or one of the descendants of those Splits (the Native Ones)? Whichever the case is, it is one of the strongest and used to possess a Slayer as host. What happened to that Slayer? Did he die or did the Ancient just leave his body for some unknown reason? What if that's what happens when someone uses Full Release? The Ancient is literally released in all of its glory and either you die, you yourself become the Ancient or the Ancient simply leaves your body to manifest fully without killing you. Regardless, considering the number of forces and attention that were deployed to this thing (Wang, Yas, Pudidy, Lion and perhaps even more people that we didn't see; even Z's hologram came to check things out), it's safe to assume it was extremely powerful.
