As we know, Tsuru has the wash wash fruit. This is the one and only time I believe this power has been shown on screen.
We know that this power has the ability to "wash people", but we've never really seen it in action. Like how exactly does Tsuru wash people? Does she just touch them? Or could there be more to it?
My theory is the latter. I think Tsuru has a water paramecia, and that she is capable of using and manipulating water in order to wash people.
Look how scared Doffy was of Tsuru. I don't think he would be this way if Tsuru's fruit was some garbage gimmick power like Kalifa's.
Tsuru seems to be one of the strongest VAs, with only Garp surpassing her. Hence I feel like it makes sense for Tsuru to have a broken fruit like a water paramecia.
Since Tsuru's fruit does center specifically on washing, I wouldn't be surprised if Oda nerfs her power. Makes it to where water from the wash wash fruit doesn't negate DFs like sea water would. But given how tsuru's DF drains the energy out of people, I don't think it would really matter.
