physical stats and speeds are the same as Alive itachi, just the fact that he has more stanina and can spam Amaterasu.

It is already a fact, said by Danzo, that Itachi went to konoha to warned Danzo since third died. So he also had to fight vs some Konoha ninjas to keep everything at secret, him being tired was just an excuse.
