I think Urek has more potential. No Shinwonryu, few hundred years in the Tower, no spell usage that we know, no Fate manipulation, yet still portrayed to be in that class.

With that said, I think Zahard is probably gonna be the stronger one, albeit by a tight margin. He and the Family Heads seem much more realized than Urek, who's a newbie in the Tower.

Debatable, Arie Hon said "Urek Mazino is much better" after he took hist test if we are to take this literally Urek's potential might surpass Zahard but he never learned shinwonryu which seems to be a bit like a " domain expanion " technique of the irregulars this might give Zahard the upper hand in the end

Idk man at that point a FH for an Axis is what a Ranker is for a FH.....nothing........it's a different league SIU even said he's not sure Panthaminum will even show up in the story lol
Baam will probably become that OP in the final arc. Maybe i'm wrong, but the way things are going,it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.

Almost 100% sure Urek is stronger than Zahard

I feel like Urek's whole deal as a character is that he's fully capable of changing the status quo but just... doesn't care enough

Instead of trying to change the Tower he's looking for a way out for him and his friends

It's like Fight or Flight

Instead of staying there and waging war he's choosing to leave the Tower entirely

I think this also plays into the same question that people have for Enryu since he should also be more than strong enough to take care of Z

That's just not their job... it's Baam's

How I see it is that in terms of just raw strength, talent and potential Urek has the upper hand. However if they fought I think Zahard has ways of winning with his experience and whatever other contracts/spells/tricks/items/etc that he can deploy. In a sense he can leverage those to amp up his power whenever needed. Without them I feel like Urek is flat out stronger.
