1) Elbaf is an anagram on the word 'fable' - who tell fables since his intrudaction?
2) Elbaf is the Giants warrior nation - who's dream to be 'a brave warrior of the sea' like the warriors of Elbaf?
3) Usopp was first labeled God when a Giant from Elbaf held him above his head.
4) Elbaf will be Usopp arc (probably)
