Usopp used to refer to himself as Captain Usopp this will be foreshadowing for Usopp leaving the crew after Elbaf and forming his own with the giants. He will still be allies with Luffy but as a brave warrior of the sea he will want to prove himself worthy by doing things on his own with his own crew. Usopp will become a conqueror and obtain either a devil fruit or magical hammer that gives powers that of the God Thor.
In Elbaf I think Usopp will really find himself and gain power that will take him to new heights truly making him the likes of a god.
Right now Usopp is a coward and liar like Loki. At times he can be very brave and courageous like Thor. Elbaf will make Usopp go from sometimes being courageous to always being courageous he will become the embodiment of Thor the Warrior god. A brave Warrior of the sea.
Thor's enemy is Jormungandr the world who I believe will parallel Im Sama, as Im controls the World Government. Usopp "Shoot down that flag" will foreshadow Usopp attacking Im in the future. He won't defeat Im but he will get a good hit on Im.
After defeating Loki or Goliath the Giants will respect Usopp and grant him a Magical hammer. Usopp will become a conqueror, leave the crew, command the giants, become God, and become the great Warrior of the sea he's always wanted to be.
