Hi, I was just re-reading the Skypea Arc for fun and one of my favorite parts just came up again. I am sure there was lots of discussion about this back in the day, but it would be cool to know what you guys think of this nowadays.
Usopp casually dodging Enels lightning attack.

Fooled him twice.
This isn't a post to downplay Enel or anything; he is still one of my favorite characters with his insane devil fruit power (no wonder Oda keeps him away). His return is most anticipated and hopefully soon.
Nami dodged too btw in one of the panels.
I know this was pre-timeskip, and we had lots of moments like that for comedic purposes, but on the slim Chance Oda tried to tell us something, what could he mean.
We know Nami can" sense" changes in the weather with her body, which lightning is also a part of, so for her, it's self-explanatory.
But Usopp must have tabbed into his insane observation Haki subconsciously. If we go with real life physics, electrical discharge travels at 270,000 mph or 120,000 meters/per second.
What do you think? You can agree or disagree with anything here, it's all right.
