Character Discussion Usopp's best arc is Thriller Park, not Dressrosa

it's for sure in the top 3, as other said water 7 will fight for it, but enies lobby and thriller bark can stand next to each other since there was more time served for him in a good way but I remember more Usopp moments in the Thriller Bark then in Enies Lobby other then the shoot from the tower and him revealing to Luffy that he's there.
To me it’s unquestionably Water 7. The way he shines there is one of the major reasons I love him so much. A very personal conflict related to his inner insecurity and attachment to sth dear to him. I love the Dressrosa moment, it’s one of the highlights of the arc for me, but this one is more psychological.
Lmao I should have said Water 7 instead of Dressrosa then since I initially thought you guys thought it was Dressrosa. Water 7 was a good Usopp arc, I liked the fact that he gave Luffy the best fight in the series and there was character development but there were a couple of issues I had with him in Ennies Lobby that I didn't like.
