Theory Vearth and the Ancient Giants: Gods of the Stone Age

#1

I've seen some people say its imu lol which is entertaining but i think now with context from elbaf this guy is actually an ancient giant, like to the point it seems obvious now, and like the celestials and the lunarians they once had an age where they were as gods. Specifically, the large tusks and jutting lower lip match the two "natural" ancient giants we have seen, oars and his descendant little oars jr. Also the overall dome headshape without much delineation between neck and head, and seemingly a pronounced brow ridge. And the top of the head could easily be a helmet with a nasal protector, like giants such as hajrudin and blue ogre dorry wear today.

It is a human sized statue of a being far too large to dexterously create it, so the logical assumption is it was made by humans/humanoids. All the Jaya artifacts from Shandora in Skypiea are made of gold, while this is earthenware. The obvious implication is that its very ancient. We know from the mural on the moon city Birka that Shandorans came from the moon, and they were probably already using gold from the very beginning with advanced lunar technology that was later lost.

So this was probably made long before the people on the moon came down to (returned?) to "Vearth" and discovered by the Skypieans long before the upper yard and shandorans were launched up there. When could it have been made? Well, we now know that the giants possess some of the oldest historical knowledge in the world in the form of the "Harley" text and the corresponding childrens drawing on the adam tree. In the text, it is said that the first world ended with the world being shrouded in darkness, and the second began with breath in the void. To me this implies a kind of apocalyptic event and a return to the age of earthenware and stone, a world the giants with natural strength dwarfing all would surely dominate.

Big hole is obviously, no horns! IDK what to say about that! Perhaps the whole idea is wrong! but something that makes me think it could still be right is the few adornments the statue does have, which appear to be shields strapped around its body or some other circular ornament. This is semi common among giants, like Oimo and Kashii. My guess is the larger the giant, the more they gotta just strap shields and shit to their backs because no tailors exist at their size. Even little oars Jr's armor consists of basically a big round circle on his belly and a metal belt.

If it is an ancient giant, maybe it parallels the actions of a more current giant with ancient blood: King Harald. In his search for "peace" and "order," he ripped his horns out. His son who wants chaos and the "end of the world" keeps his horns. However, this is only the story we know so far. In the current day those who say they work for order are really tyrants, principally the world government. They use optics and propaganda to portray themselves as overall a force for good. So, in the ancient past when men would live in fear of the collosal titans, one of those avatars of destruction could easily garner worship and servitude with a gesture such as breaking off their horns and saying they will work for stability. Maybe even become known as a god. This also fits the arm gesture of the statue, crossing ones arms against their chest as if to show they hold no weapons.

What do yall think? with the harley and the lunarians ive got the vibe that the world has gone through several power changes with one group being known as the gods, and i think with the implication that technology may have returned from the moon when the moon people (lunarians too?) came down it would fit that the "gods" in a more primitive time would be the people who can dominate the seas with only iron age tech, if not caveman tech.
