I think the VP traitor is working for Shanks.

He’s not on the WG’s side as he imprisoned the cipher pol agents.

He’s not on the BBP’s side as Teach was surprised by the seraphim.

He’s not on Dragon’s side as Dragon is friends with Stella.

imo therefore, Shanks is most likely the traitor’s boss. I think the traitor is building Shanks a secret weapon that will make him PK. I think it’ll be like the infinity gauntlet but for DFs.

It will be a prosthetic arm with multiple types of green blood in it. This would allow Shanks access to multiple DF abilities, although he’d only be able to use one at a time.

Though this, Shanks will become the strongest pirate and Luffy’s greatest rival.
