Back in skypeia and water 7, we learned of the concept of a klabautermann, a ghost that resides within ships. I've been thinking about it and well, if ships have spirits inside of them, what would that mean for pluton? Couldn't pluton in theory also have a klabautermann?
I think so and I think that since pluton is an ancient weapon, I think its klabautermann is special. The klabautermann of pluton either takes the form of a literal person or can posses a literal person. Vivi, imo, either is the klabautermann or has the klabautermann within her in a naruto/kyuubi way.
This is why, despite her just being another princess, Imu is after her. It can't just be that she was friends with/sailed with Luffy. Luffy is friends with many people. Why didn't Imu go after Makino and syrup village? Or dadan, Luffy's adoptive mother? Why only go after the princess of a country allied to the world government? It doesn't make sense unless there was something special about Vivi herself.
I think that as Pluton's klabautermann, Vivi is the key to fully using pluton and that without her, the world government cannot use it even if they find its location.
