Versus Battle Wanda Maximoff (MCU) vs Composite Jean Grey (X-men movies)

Wanda and Jean have both great feats : they managed to manhandled some big guys : Wanda put Thanos in his place while Jean managed to beat Apocalypse (with help) but did the big work.
Jean can read minds and can likely resist Wanda mind control/dream. Don't know if Wando is immune to mind reading.
Stalemate of slight advantage for Jean because of better mind powers.......(but not sure about the result)

Wanda did brainwash Thor, who is a god that comes with passive Mind control resistance.
And since Wanda's powers come from the MIND stone, and each infinity stone is described as possessing infinite power, then Wanda's mind powers are cheap tricks. Again, Thor himself says he shouldnt be able to be brainwashed being a god yet he was done in as easily as anyone
Anyway as far as combat goes, Wanda actually fighting thanos is a very good combat feat compared to jean basically catching Apocalypse off guard and disintergrating him. that said Jean disintegrating Apocalypse is better than wanda just slowly tearing up thanos like the did. BUT THEN AGAIN WANDA DESTROYED THANOS' GLAIVE WHICH WAS ABLE TO CUT THROUGH CAPTAIN AMERICA'S SHIELD.
So damn its like really hard to tell who's better in these cases.
