Both arcs deal with starvation. First the Krieg Pirates, and second with Sanji and Zeffs flashback. The people of Wano have had a food shortage, and been starving for decades.

Both villains were touted as the World's Strongest. Krieg was self proclaimed, while Kaido is Worldly accepted.

Both Villains were known for their durability. Krieg with his impenetrable armor, and Kaido with his impenetrable Dragon skin.

Kreig was known for using underhanded tactics like poison while fighting.

Kaido has a subordinate known as "The Plague", and Jack used biological warfare on Zou.

Both arcs, Zoro was heavily injured by Top Tiers. On Baratie it was by Mihawk, on Wano it was by Kaido and Big Mom.

Both Krieg and Kaido were proud of their "Military might".

On Baratie, Luffy was known was the "Chore Boy". In Rox, Kaido was the apprentice, aka, the "Chore Boy."

Both Krieg and Kaido's Right Hand men followed them because they admired them for their strength.

Now all that's really left to see is how the Gin/Krieg Kaido/King parallel is going to play out.

If King values strength, then I wouldn't be surprised if he develops some kind of respect for Zoro, like Gin did for Sanji.

At Krieg vs Luffy... Luffy SEEMS to win but he actually falls on sea and was about to die while Krieg lift up moments later still wanting to fight.
Gin LITERALLY betrays Krieg by not fighting Sanji which would have made Luffy drown to death and not only that punching his captain on stomach and leaving defeated from a batte that were already in his hands.

I found very difficult for King to do the same...

Indeed he definitely did never feel like winning against Kaido instead.

-Alabasta was configured when they Enter the GL,like wano when they entered the NW

-luffy was defeated too many times by (crocodile-kaido)
-a strong character who is part of the villain group but helps the allies has a close relation with the antagonist and is the future nakama(Robin-Yamato)
-a okama who is facing Sanji,is a YC2=Mr2 and is a Zoan like Jabra
-a killing machine who is facing Zoro is YC1=Mr1 and also a Zoan like kaku
-two villains(kaido-orochi)(lucci-spandam)
-Sanji clashed with Zoro opponent(king)a parallel when he did with kaki in the sea train
The only differences is that vivi's father wasn't too wanked and the fight between the new generation and the old era

I think this arc has elements from other arcs because Wano and post-Wano OP is the original plot!Oda said he thought One piece would only last 5 years,but ideas kept popping up and things dragged on!Pre-skip One Piece is probably a rip off from the end game OP plot!I think Post-Wano will be prime OP,despite people getting pessimistic about this!
