Current Events Was Harald actually stronger than Rocks?

For me rocks is far more impressive one for looking so great against Harland, who has massive physical advantage with his sheer size. In a death match between the two I would bet on Rocks personally

Harald was a strong fighter at a teenage age, which could mean, he was working his way up to Rocks’ level.

I think Harald might have been able to become #3 of Rocks crew. I think Xebec held back a lot, he was worried and sad for his friend being duped by the WG. He had no intention of killing him, he was trying to reach him with words and fists but failed.

And each passing chapter just shows me that WB was already considered a monster on his own merits, way different than Shiki/Big Mom and the rest. So perhaps Harald could have been #3.
