All the plot already got resolved 5 chapters within coming up to Sun world. The Kids are saved, the fire is out. The Army will get packed up by next chapter. I don't expect Killingham to hold off the whole crew, Giants etc... Loki will get DR and get 2x bigger and stronger. He has CoC so its going be way harder to kill has wr have seen with Xebec and Harold. This is how Ussop get his shine. Ragnir probably won't get turned and Ussop uses it. Also I think this was the hint from the start.

It's a definite possibility, and if it didn't happen it would be a missed opportunity that only manifests as fan art.

I have also made the logic that the Ratatoskr/Ragnir won't be turned along with Loki if it happens, so it does leave a plot hole there to be exploited. It just hadn't occurred to me that Usopp, of all people, might be the one to do it.

I do see some reasoning there that fits Oda's style. Loki is already the biggest version of a traditional dragon because he has ancient giant lineage factor, but we could assume he would get bigger when Imu uses his ability. It almost certainly would cause Loki to become a titanic behemoth.

The writings been on the wall, I felt like Luffy would have to fight Loki before domi reversi was on the table but its almost certain now. Imu isn’t fully on Elbaf and Brook is a distraction for Gunko, the only realistic threat is Loki and his power has been built up all arc, perfect scenario is laid out.

DR was basically shown in all its limitations and Dorry and Brogy already fought back.

Not to mention, I still think soul powers are kind of likely for Loki (eyes + Niddhog is related to souls in the lore), so I don't think Loki can be DRed.

I won't say it's not possible, but isn't it more likely that the Niddhog fruit was important because you can fly an army directly to Mariejoie without having to escalate the redline ?
