What goal is easier?
Which will Sanji achieve first?

1. Finding the all blue

2. Surprising Mihawk in strength

3. Surpassing mihawk in strength as a swordsman specifically

Finding all blue is probably harder because it seems like it’s something that isn’t going to be in his control. If it’s truly something that requires all the seas to be connected than it’s something that will happen by chance or circumstance that would lead to it. Becoming a top tier world class fighter isn’t outside the realm of possibility, especially for a genetically enhanced human like Sanji and I doubt Mihawk is some god tier. Someone could argue that well it’s also not in his hands if he got conquerors haki or not which will lead you to the very top and that’s true, however since this is a story and we know he’s highly likely to getting it , it’s still a higher chance for him.
